 Further to our letter dated 10th August, 2019, kindly be informed that today Mr Tetsuo Tsuzuki of Krosaki Harima Corporation, Japan has been allotted Director Identification No. 0008557222 by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India and accordingly pursuant to resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Saturday, 10th August, 2019, effective today, i.e 9th September, 2019 he stand appointed as an Additional Director of the Company in accordance with provisions of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) and other applicable provisions of the Act and Rules framed thereunder. Brief Profile of Mr Tetsuo Tsuzuki is Senior Executive of KHC responsible for Flow Control Products Division. Mr Tsuzuki is not related to any director of the Company.
